Interesting reflections on stopping projects and market failure

This resonates - I pushed to scrap a bespoke database / case recording system that wasn’t progressing as promised - lots of sunk £££. We ended up working with a proprietary provider to expand their existing product which then benefitted other adoption support providers. Tough but right call.
