Bank of England didn't raise rates. Until 3 days ago, experts were expecting a rate hike. Why didn't BoE hike? Because real wage growth is not enough negative to make the demand of workers and SMEs for loans inelastic and bad loans are not low enough to underpin bank profits.

The Cental Bank of Brazil hiked rates in 2024 when inflation was at today's level because of the currency shock which couldn't be eased by a massive sell-off of FX-reserves. They now cut rates since bad loans eroding bank profits rose and national currency is already appreciated.
