Nintendo certainly does. As first seen by gaming news outlet ResultNintendo filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration today in the US Court of International Trade. Now when the Supreme Court hit down Trump's tariffs, Nintendo wants refund with interest. That too is not an expression; The lawsuit requests the court to order the prompt refund of the "unlawful" tariff charges along with interest and attorney's fees.
