I usually live life with a high level of anxiety which is my norm that I try to manage as best I can so it’s rare I feel depressed but today has been a really down day and I feel quite sad.

Feeling incredibly anxious today, everything is making me want to cry, the thoughts inside my own head too, post gig pictures making me want to crawl out my skin, ruminating over things I can’t change that still hurt + sick of feeling poorly + exhausted. My brain isn’t on my side today 😢 Plz stop!

Sometimes I really do hate having such a complex heart and brain. Seeing the nuisance of all sides and battling with my conscience about it all. There are very few things that switch it off and it can be exhausting being so aware all the time of the hypocrisy of the human condition.

The USA has had two major plane crashes in the last 4 days. The USA had previously not suffered a major plane crash for 16 years. ‘DEI’ programs have existed for decades. So what was it that changed in the last 14 days or so to suddenly cause so many crashes?

1) why is the bank closed by 1pm on a Saturday, surely you’re better having longer hours on the only weekend day?? 2) seeing young girls in bookshops + excitedly picking multiple books makes me so happy 3) why could i not have been one of those people who stays thin no matter what i eat or drink
