Today's the 10th anniversary of Rise of the Tomb Raider! 🥳🏹❄️🏔️🐻 To celebrate the occasion, here are some of my thoughts on the game, its impact on #TombRaider fandom, and a few memories from the last 10 years.

Occasionally — very occasionally — feeling like you might want to be active online again, but then also feeling like you’ve completely aged out of your natural communities… ah, time blindness, thou art a heartless *****…

Seeing seventh anniversary posts for Shadow of the Tomb Raider has me… A. Experiencing an existential crisis over it having been SEVEN years. B. Thinking ‘Hey, that means it’s been six years and eleven months since it was discounted!’

The TVA needs to prune this wretched timeline.

Would wait ten more years for LAU remasters if it meant a different publisher and development team handled them. Very sorry to the genuinely nice and passionate fans who contributed, but those TR remasters seem like an embarrassing, half-assed mess and ‘We’ll patch it later!’ is unacceptable. 👎
