Finally it’s proper mushroom weather again! The past few weeks have been far too dry and I’ve been missing that damp, earthy air that makes the forests come alive with fungi. l can’t wait to see what treasures will pop up after the rain.

Yesterday’s mushroom search turned up empty, though I did find some beautiful moss along the way.
