These babies have topped out at ~11ish feet. Not quite the 14+ footer we had a couple yrs ago but respectable. And WAY more flowers than the 14er! Every bloom u can see is produced by one of 4 plants! Definitely gonna b collecting some seeds from these (if the gold finches don’t beat me to it!)

Got to ride mtb at another new trail today! New trails, much like new courses, r always fun/interesting at least once! 😂 But there was a gang of “one-wheeler” folks practicing for a time trials, enduro style race! They were absolutely ripping down the trails, full body armor! And I get it! Wild!

Around NC, it’s common to see a public disc golf course, with super limited usable space, have one or several ~300-500’ “par 4’s” that r crammed in. How do u guys feel about forcing in par 4’s vs making a tougher par 3?

Part 2: what course(s) sit atop ur wishlist of courses yet to play??

How many different courses have u played all time?? By my best estimate, I’m sitting right at 45. Honestly a pretty low number considering how much good dg is in NC! My wishlist of courses is way longer!!

I really dropped the ball on my garden this year. But I had sunflowers, tomatoes, TONS of marigolds, and lemon basil (surprisingly) self sew from last year! This one is a wild mutation. Two full plants from one root system. The main flower heads r starting to look mutant as well. #neature
