When my baby wakes up for middle of the night feedings it always takes me a minute to fall back asleep so I could make good use of this time now

Trying to decide if I want to get up and make some cinnamon rolls now to surprise my hubby for breakfast…the dough takes an hour to rise followed by another 40+ minutes to rise when I actually roll up the rolls themselves
