Averys everywhere. I genuinely don't know how some of them are related to the current generation of Averys! I do know that all of the little kids are Zackary's nieces and nephews. The kids with bright red hair belong to his brother Henry. The ones with black hair belong to his sister Emelia.

Turns out having five teens in one Sim household and letting several of them invite their crushes over turns into mass chaos. Who knew! Poor Zackary is far outnumbered by his children.

Two of the teens used the exact same flirt move at the same time. Meanwhile, Cordelia and Lass were stuck in the middle, awkwardly talking because they had no dates. Then Preston's girlfriend's mother went up in flames. He saved her!

We have what I am calling an "Avery Family Whoopsie." Zackary's paternal aunt seems to have gotten with his maternal second cousin, named King. They had a child, who is now Zackary's first cousin AND his fourth cousin. King's parentage is sort of jacked up in the family tree somehow, too.

I made Zackary go around house to house to meet all of his now very distantly related cousins. You can tell this one belongs to the house of the Shark Teeth Cousins despite the lack of actual shark teeth. He has some fourth cousins out there now. It's wild.

I think we should all start blogs again. Or online journals, even. That was a nice time. Just writing a few paragraphs about your day (don't forget to list the sad song you're listening to!) and maybe your friends will leave a comment. Then you go and read theirs and comment. It was fun.

This was Lass (the grandmother), compared to Little Lass now. They're similar, but Little Lass somehow looks more... severe? I might try putting on freckles and changing her eyebrows and hair (not permanently) just to see how much that makes them look alike.

LOL I feel like such a dweeb. I'm looking through Sims 4 screens to find a good one of Lass so I can compare Little Lass. Little Lass is the reincarnation of her grandma. They look very similar but not quite identical. Then I saw a picture of Greta (Little Lass's great-grandma) and got teary-eyed. 😭

Little Lass had a birthday and turned out pretty. Alexia, the red-haired one, is super weird but very entertaining b/c she's always making a weird face. Constance, the black-haired one (and an alien twin), is number one in the running for heir at the moment.

Little Lass always looks so suspicious. She likes one of her siblings and is mean to all the others. Even when she hugs her sister she still looks vaguely sinister. I think it's her eyebrows? Her first two iterations (she's been reincarnated several times) were so nice!

In my brain, it goes like this: "Halloween." Normal word. Cool! "Summerween." Heehee. You said "ween."

I've lived with my parents my entire life and they have yet to learn "Do not startle Imbie awake." Or better yet, don't startle me at all. I startle easily! If you startle me awake it sets off a whole chain of events. They don't startle me on purpose, but it happens. Say "startle" one more time.

Everyone's doing that video games about me thing and... I can't. I can't even think of that many games even though I've played countless games. But when I try and think of my favorite thing or the best thing, my brain goes blank. Can't remember.

Prom is now magically working in my game after not working in forever?! Anyway, I had all of the Teen Sims go to prom and it worked! They voted Preston's bff Prom Royalty and their Cousin Gavin as Prom Jester. Turns out Preston's bff (I forgot her name!) HATES Cousin Gavin. Poor Gavin. He's nice!

All the kids except for Little Lass (I'm calling her that instead of Lass Junior) have become Teens! The first two are the alien twins. The two girls in the middle are highest in the running for the next heir.

My hair has decided it will now change pattern AND color. Oh boy. All of my new hairs are growing in much curlier, like my hair was when I was a teen. The new addition is the color. My hair is normally dark brown with a hair or two of red every so often. Now? Red hair in clumps like highlights.

Am I having an allergic reaction or is my mouth just itchy and my gastroparesis is pushing on my lungs making it difficult to breathe? 🤷‍♀️ I took a benadryl just in case. It doesn't feel like my throat is closing up so I think I'm fine? I've felt anaphylaxis before and this doesn't feel like that.

Oh my god. I forgot about the cemetery guy Mr. Sylvester and how his junk got "all jambled up" in a bicycle. 😂

All of the kids have become Children. Thank god, no more Infants or Toddlers. The two twin aliens glow all the time, which I forgot about and hate. Love them, hate the glowing.

Karly and Zackary both got abducted literally seconds after each other?! Luckily the household is full, so no more alien babies.

We still had one of these when I was a wee child. It finally bit the dust when a vacuum tube gave out and my parents were given a used-but-modern television. It gave off an irritating electronic sound. Sometimes you'd have to hit it on the side to get it to work right.

So today in the game Star Stable, everyone got together on bouncy horses (like those bouncy balls you can ride irl, but horse shaped) and made a tornado. Everyone circled up and then continued to circle, creating a giant vortex of people on bouncy horses. The power of human... ingenuity?

The alien twins aged up into children! These are their "human disguises." TBH, it just seems like the disguises are what they would look like if their father and "stepmother" (who is listed as their actual mother on the family tree) had them, anyway.

I've been watching a little bit of this early access to Forza Horizon 6 that some Youtubers have gotten and the game looks great. Very pretty scenery. Nice cars. Seems like fun. But good lord in heaven, these youtubers are terrible video game car drivers! SO bad.

I am not TEN minutes into this new episode of Dimension 20 and it's so unbelievably wild. So many body rolls! 😂

The not-twins (the boy has a twin sister and the girl is a singlet born like two days after them) autonomously hugged. Two seconds later, the girl bit the boy.
