Allen is officially gonna be the drummer for Sallow Moth with the next album and moving forward. He just tracked all the drums for the next full length in 2 days! Really consistent and hard working musician. Glad to have him on board.

SALLOW MOTH. I love the demon Sluice vox so had to check this out. This guy is talented and so prolific, holy shit. Mossbane Lantern is sick, full of little details and wild swings and little hooks that get stuck in your head. Progressive elements remind me of Tomb Mold.

DEMON SLUICE was the record i wanted the most of any release this year. I loved the demo and this just took it up a notch. Savage, rabid, feral. It's terrifying and gorgeous. Bet it would be amazing live, in one of those tiny basement venues just drowning the drunks in an ocean of chaotic sound.

That AMG article did a lot for me the last few days. Got like $300ish on Bandcamp. Cool reading these comments mostly positive and one just not for the listener understandably. If you haven’t jammed Mossbane Lantern give it a go.

Cool album. Nuclear Daisies ‘First Taste of Heaven’. I haven’t been into newer shoegaze of the 2020s but I like this. Combines shoegaze, neo-psychedelia, and big beat. The big beat angle is what makes it vibing for me. Those classic 90s big beat type drum patterns.

I’m finding my sweet spot with this new goregrind project. Got 5 songs so far. My workflow works even better for this material with how my busy work schedule is, plus with a focused vision already in mind. Will have a full album in a month or so. Look for a label or self release.

Preview of another track. This one’s an outlier or will be. Blackened goregrind/neocrust hybrid. It’s about a sentient heirloom (red vase) that steals energy of whatever is put in it and transmutes that into a hallucinogen to manifest phobias or old memories.

It's been 3 years since the first release of Hypomanic Daydream. A split with @gonemage.bsky.social 's project Homeskin. The project who's lack of boundaries inspired me to tear down the creative walls in my own music. I feel like I've come a long way in 3 years.

Wrote a second track today but it’s gonna be the closer because it’s long (3:06). And it’s darker and what I’d call neocrust goregrind like if Martyrdod merged with Regurgitate.
