Holy hell, so that pork dish using Chinese ginger bear instead of Australian is so much better, added a little garlic to this time, its just ... well good so good

So that last dish is posted, I made that using Australian ginger beer, I am making it again today but I have soaked the pork belly in Chinese ginger beer for 2 days, let's see how this goes

So i soaked pork belly in ginger beer for a few hours, then fried it up, made a suace from condensed ginger beer, a little ginger, soy suace and honey, serve with sticky rice and a bed of crunchy lettuce, was an oddly refreshing meal

So thanks to alot of friends I have a full sous vide set, I am currently making chashu marinade to put pork into so I can sous vide it over a few days
