An enemy concept for ENGINE ANGEL: Traffic Angels. Angels who have infested stoplights and more, these spiders can change the speed & power of other enemies & players within their gaze, effect varying by light. They believe humans stop to admire traffic lights thus beeline for crowds of attention.
