Spent the afternoon w/Madi Diaz on a picnic bench in her front yard to talk about her new album, Fatal Optimist, for the New York Times. The album is an absolute stunner, bare and brave and completely vulnerable - it’s artists like Madi who truly make this town special.

First impressions… beautiful album, as to be expected. But man. Poor Madi is going through it and it’s a big departure from her last album, which had so much optimism with her relationship, which is very clearly over now.

My fantasy football team is literally named after Kyler Murray but I had an extra roster spot 2 weeks ago and picked up Justin Fields (just in case!) and he probably has the best matchup he's gonna have all season, and yet Murray is like right behind him. Would it be sacrilegious to start Fields?
