I think Tyquan Thornton is emblematic of the Chiefs staff. He basically held the team together early on. Did everything the staff has asked and excelled. And he hardly sees the field. Too often players tell the Chiefs who they are on the field-good and bad-and they refuse to listen...

Based on them saying the same thing after every loss the Chiefs clearly expect they'll flip the switch and get hot down the stretch but there's no indication that will happen.

And I'm not calling for Andy Reid to be fired or anything, but he is who he is. We've known who he is. And this is why he got ran out of Philly. Despite Hunt running really well they just refused to run the ball. He's not gonna change and it's gonna cost them this season.

Crazily enough, that loss wasn't on the OL. They actually played pretty well against the best DL maybe ever. The loss is on Mahomes throwing a red zone INT, Butker kicking short, ST allowing a blocked PAT, throwing back shoulder to your 7th rd rookie on 3rd and 2, giving up a conv on 3rd and 15.

Well, I think us Chiefs fans can start planning those January vacations.
