New England is running out of time to generate a big defensive play that can tip the scales in their favor (though they have been VERY close). No weather complications like Denver. Soon, Seattle won't need to throw as much and be exposed to the blitz.

This is how Seattle wants to play. Strangle New England, force them into max protect. Two blitzes to end the last two drives.

First blitz of the day for Seattle on that last third down. Mike Macdonald rarely pressures but hits when he does. That was a six-man blitz with Witherspoon forcing the throwaway.

I wonder if New England is going to get more aggressive here. I cannot understate the cannon of snow that is going south to north. Patriots will be against the wind in 3 minute and 50 seconds.

From my view in the box, Denver is going against the direction of the snow, whereas New England had it at their backs. It's whipping here. Feels like the inside of a snowglobe.

The wild part about this challenge: Rhamondre Stevenson laid on top of Maye, essentially obscuring the only usable angle officials would have. I don't think he got it, but I don't see how you can overturn it.

That fourth down decision looms very large here in Denver after two quarters. Broncos go into the half tied at 7 instead of very likely being up 10-0 with Maye in increasingly pass-heavy scenarios with that vulnerable offensive line.

Denver keeps running deeper routes on Gonzalez, even on running plays to try and tire him out. Or, put him in spots where he's gotta tackle heavier personnel. Sean Payton has all the pieces on the chess board right now.

New England is incredibly lucky to have gotten out of this quarter only down by one score. The disparity here is evident.

Sean Payton and the Broncos have no qualms going after Christian Gonzalez or attacking his side. Both throws were to his side, though the touchdown wasn't on him.
