Unsure if I'd call this a New Year's Resolution, but a goal for 2026 is to try more PC games from a bit before my time. Case & point, I'm starting early by trying the original Myst. It's so non-handholdy! You need some patience for it. But in a good way! It's still incredible!

This is something I ought to elaborate on in a video someday but the Katamari series has been weirdly educational for me ever since I was a kid.

As of now I've at least tried every Jackbox 11 game. And generally speaking, I'm unfortunately pretty underwhelmed with this set of games. >Doominate is my favorite. >Hear Say is super fun, but repeats content quickly. >Cookie Haus is honest to god, kind of annoying.

I stopped by a community center that was hosting a big trading card event and it was literally, from wall to wall, just tables of people selling Pokemon cards with eBay open on their phones.

-Ix wielding the hyena eye. -New monster. I call it the Sqwhirl. -More Sõnic. Their neck staff now has this triple scarf effect. Notes occasionally appear along it. Also, the pupils are music notes (they can be different music symbols too) and they use they/them pronouns.

I am absolutely in love with the new Katamari game so far! This is ramping up to be everything I've ever wanted in this series and then some! This is serious game of the year material right here!

By the end of the year (probably December), I'd like to put out an update for Michael's game that balances a few things, clarifies some moments I've been told are poorly explained, and fixes the typos. Thank you everyone for pointing those out, by the way.

I've been really enjoying drawing Jade. The "Red Hyena", as Ix calls her. I don't think he knows that she's an opossum. Another Dartmoor art too. "Are we having FUN yet??!"

Really hot take but I personally did not enjoy Hollow Knight. I tried it for about three hours last month, and pretty much everything I heard about it that ever disinterested me from wanting to try it ended up to be true.

This is one of my best models yet! Draco, the hyena scientist. Got to try lots of new little things and techniques with this one. That eye is something too. It's suppose to be a plasma ball (tried following a tutorial, didn't turn out so well), but I still like the look of it!

Visited two theme parks over the weekend with the family! First was Story Land in New Hampshire. Based on fairy tales and whimsy. This was my favorite park as a kid.

Cruelty Squad is worth studying. The epitome of an artistically bad game. Looking incomprehensible at a glance, while containing a deep story that made me think, and contemplate the future. Amazing gameplay too. Would you believe me if I said this is the first FPS I've ever completed?

I've heard people criticize grilling before because it cooks food unevenly. Due to the randomness of the fire. Though I think trying to get the fire to work for you is part of the magic to grilling. There's not a lot of science to grilling, but certainly a lot of skill and technique for sure.
