Feb of 2004 I had the worst bout of depression, anxiety and su*c*dal ideation. It was awful. I hadn’t ever struggled with mental health issues I recovered (turns out it was the bc pill I was on) but every year in February, it’s like my body remembers. February really is the worst including now 😢
