Finally got a peaceful weekend to start some new sculpts. These two roughed in very quickly/easily. Fingers crossed should be ready to hollow out in the next day or so and I’ll be able to tighten up the details after that!

I try not to post junk like this, but I’m really not doing well right now. My husband has been having health issues over the last couple of months, things that are going to be manageable soon, but the stress of his things on top of the absolute doom that is just existing is really weighing me down.

!!STOLEN!! Hi everyone, sad news. One of my vases from AC that was purchased and shipped to my customer was unfortunately stolen from their apartment’s mail room. I know it’s an incredibly long shot, but if you see this on the internet for sale or in the Sioux Falls, SD area; please let me know!!!

About halfway through the month and I am still about $1700 short of my July bills. It’s also my birthday next weekend and I would love to buy myself a cake. I am currently supporting myself and my partner. Sales needed, shares of my art appreciated, and tips help tremendously. 💜🙏

Sometimes my antiquing comes in handy! Just found a pottery wheel for less than half of its new retail after the 20% discount (plus a $100 pottery stool)! The head needs a little love, but very very happy to help the husband get one step closer to opening a public pottery studio here in town!

Got home from the con at 1am last night, had to jump straight back into the day job today, but I harvested around twenty pounds of tomatoes tonight, so that’s something!!

I’ve been gardening in the evenings this spring. The farmers almanac was such a liar for space needs for spaghetti squash, cantaloupe & seedless watermelon. This is a 4’x12’ planter. I’ve given up containing one of each plant and allowed them to roam outwards. The squash has reached 10’ out so far.

Mocking up the next sculpt for AC! Thankful my husband can throw me ceramic inner tubes. 💤🐶

Exciting update in the works! I’ve been wanting to improve on the paw mugs for a little bit, and after some sculpting and molding, I’m super pleased w/ the new version! These also will have a wider foot so they’re less tippy! I’ll be bringing the new version to AC along w/the last of the older ones.

Sculpture drying tonight, going to get Raku fired, his is made from FSB clay, so super crunchy surfacing. He’s a painter! Eventually will have a little palette on his thumb.
