I've selected an Urgent Question for this afternoon. Liz Smith MSP will ask The Scottish Government when it first became aware that NHS Tayside had destroyed medical record logbooks relevant to the Eljamel Public Inquiry, despite “do not destroy” notices having been issued several months earlier.
