A long-standing mystery has been solved. This pirate Famicom multicart turned up about 20 years ago, with an unknown piece of Splatterhouse artwork on it. Turns out that artwork is from Marukatsu PC Engine - Volume 16 - April 1990. Thanks to @gamingalexandria.bsky.social for the magazine scan!
