MOHAMMED Makes his living by cooking in wood fired stone ovens below street level in Bethlehem. He cooks up batches of assorted rice meals and then they are delivered to area restaurants for them to serve to customers. Fortunate to meet this humble soul, listen to him, and just observe. 🙏❤️☺️

JOE We were looking for coffee when I drove by this rail yard in the Springs. We both piped in at the same time “coffee can wait, let’s do this”!! The Colorado sun is brutal after 9:00, hence going for coffee as we had wrapped the shoot up. Embrace spontaneity ❤️❤️

WEST QUODDY HEAD LIGHT Located in Lubec, ME on the easternmost point of land in the continental US. Built in 1808 and uses a 3rd-order Fresnel Lens. For a few weeks around the equinoxes, West Quoddy Head is the 1st location in the US to see the sunrise. This is a Fall photo on a visit with my mom.

ROY I met Roy online and we hit it off immediately. He was eager to shoot but wicked shy. I was able to calm his nerves with some wicked ‘Drew humor’ & then I was exhausted! He didn’t want to stop. Roy is well known for being a talented Pastry Chef in Tel Aviv. He whips up delectable cream 😉😏😏🙃

SOMEBODY WHO MATTERS Walking around downtown Denver when I ran into this chap. We sat and talked for a wicked long time. I shared my lunch and he shared his stories. Then it was time for him to make some $$ and play Hacky Sack. Epic afternoon!!

ADELAIDE I introduced Cannabis into my orchard to help promote ecological diversity. It has a crucial role in my creating a healthy permaculture on my ever expanding organic farm. It aids in soil remediation, habitat for healthy insects/pollinators, and helps with pest control. One amazing plant!!

Lady Greenbush I was trekkin north on Route 27 when I spotted this beautiful lady. I pulled over in front of Greenbush Pond and started snapping. She wasn’t the least bit concerned with me. I sat and just watched watched most of the time. Sometimes the soul needs to feel without the lens!!

EYAL I met this handsome soul online a number of years ago. He expressed a desire to shoot with me after seeing my posts. I happened to be in Tel Aviv when he was & we met up. He needed to do some releasing & my lens was the perfect medium. A shoot where I did the listening 👂 and not a peep from me

DOR The absolute quickest shoot ever for me. I was in the middle of packing to catch a ride to Jerusalem when Dor started blowing up my cell. I had said “no, it’ll have to be another time.” Then, he sends me a pic. 🤔 Hmmm, WTH, oh, my weakness 😏🙃

HARVEST TIME It was a herb harvest morning here on Dead Serious Farm. I’ve got a slew of culinary and medicinal herbs hanging in barn to dry. Freshly harvested at sunrise. L to R: Bee Balm, Spearmint, Comfrey, Oregano, Lemon Balm, Thyme, Rosemary, and Peppermint.

TIMOTHY Probably one of the best and toughest shoots I’ve had. Tough because my wit and dorky sarcasm was out of control and this kept my friendly lion in stitches the entire time. Timmy was absolutely stunning - oh, and a full moon weekend!! 😏😏 we managed to focus, at times, auto focus 😏😏

JOSÉ Two Geminis = Shenanigans We were in a busy nature park, up to no good, having a blast doing just that, oh, and shooting! When a young couple were right there, witnessed 😏 all we could do was laugh! They said “we were enjoying José’s show” - best part of the day was this moment!! 🙃😏

KIDD MAVERICk I don’t think I ever met a lad more excited to be in front of a lens than the Kidd!! He had me snapping soooooo much, I needed a vacation after the shoot! Indy lads have energy and oooooze charm!! 😏🙃☺️

GHOST PEPPER I am a hot sauce fanatic and I am ecstatic over how well my peppers are growing. This little baby makes me do cartwheels 🤸 !! I’ll be preparing hot sauces in a couple of months!! With 170 plants and 11 varieties, I will have a slew of different types of hot sauce 🙃☺️☺️ wicked times!!

TOBIAS ~ FRANÇOIS Their energy was intense, it was so fluid and effortless. They connected and I snapped. I don’t think they even realized I was there. Felt like I was in a realm beyond the ordinary and they were in their own ultimate inner-dimension. That was the energy in those moments.
