Health, Rights, and Justice | FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University The FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University advances the idea that health is a fundamental human right. For over three decades, the Center has focused on urgent and often neglected issues from children orphaned by AIDS to the structural inequalities driving poor health outcomes in the United States and globally. Through interdisciplinary research, teaching, and advocacy, FXB bridges public health and human rights, addressing gaps in evidence, policy, and legal frameworks.
