Went out last night for the first time in YEARS to a local gay bar. Still recovering after only 2 “gay bar” sized whiskeys. Those boys know how to pour. 😅

11 months of hard work and consistency. I’ve finished my birthday week off strong and certainly earned that second slice of cake! 😏

I’ve started Assassin’s Apprentice by Robin Hobb, and so far I absolutely love it. This is my first book by her. If you have any suggestions for the reading order of her other books, please let me know! It seems I’ve just begun an epic adventure…📚💙

Started working out, intentionally, a little more than 8 months ago. This is the first time I’ve noticed some definition in my back! Feeling very proud of the hard work I’ve put in. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it!

Book 2 in the Hierarchy series was excellent! It’s not often I like the second book better than the first, but this one took me for a ride. 5/5 would recommend. 📚💙

The Will of the Many is getting 4.5/5 stars from me. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait for book 2 to come out in a couple months. I’ve read a lot of books, and I was still surprised throughout. Worth your time to check it out. 📚💙

Woke up very proud of myself this morning. After a little more than 4 months eating in a calorie deficit, working out 5x a week, and getting in 10k steps daily… I’m down 25 pounds. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time 💪🏼

Dark Matter 4/5. Stepped outside of my usual box (pun intended) to read this novel. I really enjoy a book that makes me reevaluate “the big picture” and this book does that. Great Sci-Fi read for those who don’t mind challenging your preconceived ideas on what reality is or could be. 📚💙
