My daughter is the United Nations-part Indian, Persian, Irish, German, British, French and Japanese. A daughter of a US citizen and an immigrant from Africa, now a citizen. The Anthem meant so much to us, so special. We are now saddened and heartbroken for her future.

My 14 year old daughter sang the Anthem in front on 35,000 people at a Major League Baseball game. I was so proud of her and cried. Now I cry hearing the Anthem for this country.
