I'm super excited about the new Steam Frame and the new Steam Machine (aka GabeCube) The Steam Frame because I've been wanting a new VR headset that was good that wasn't selling your soul to meta. While the GabeCube has come at a great time with Win 10 being discontinued and people hating Win 11.

This is probably one of the coolest features for a VR experience (doesn't have quite the same effect for desktop users). But the lack of impact of lag on VR should massively help people feel more comfortable compared to the alternative of your view locking in place.

As a small pickupable bat in Resonite... I feel this when I'm working and someone grabs me.

I've used the pre-remaster version of this in the past. Honestly surprised how well done this. Would recommend allowing if you are running a PF2e campaign where a creature like this would make sense.

Everyone is human and should be treated as such. As soon as you stop treating someone as a human being just like you, you can excuse any action done to them. Dehumanization has been used to do so many horrible horrible things in history and even now.

Been playing a bit with this my self and wow... just wow. It's surreal to see Resonite post Splittening even if not complete, and I'm happy to just be here supporting Froox's Vision. This will be an other major turning point in Resonite's History I'm just watching it play out.

"Better Safe Than Sorry" is a mentality that ruins many lives. #20 is probably one of the most important. A lot of people will jump right to accuse some of the worst things possible as it causes an emotional reaction which bypasses logic and reason often ruining lives with little to no evidence.

I know a lot of people are working on making their own pride flags which is great! However.. STOP RELYING ON COLOR ALONE! People who are colorblind exist! If you want to be inclusive you need to add symbology! not just color! It doesn't have to be much just something to make it unique in shape.

@frooxius.bsky.social is adding spatial variables to @resonite.com, a new feature currently in pre-release testing. It allows sampling values at points in space, interpolating them and using them for pretty much anything. We're still only starting to wrap our heads around what this can be used for!

High Fantasy Tabletop is just Super Heroes and should be treated like it is. The more it's treated like super heroes the more fun it is, and we see this trend with what classes/subclasses are popular. I think players need to realize this so Devs/GMs can actually do their job and make fun games.

I got tired of having to work on multiple @kudalyn.bsky.social models in #Resonite and transfer my work between them. Well they mostly use the same base... so I decided, why not have one model with everything! This is the monstrosity I have unleashed.

Despite almost 20% of all mammal "species" being bats. The Order is obviously Chiroptera but the families of bats are as the image describes. As a bat myself I fall under the the family "O hi Doggy". Some may try and claim my family is Pteropodidae but the real scientific name is "O Hi Doggy"

I'm very happy how these came out. Still a bit of work to go but the hard part is now out of the way. Having two separate points that could pull on each other while limiting each other's distance wasn't easy but it works well at least.

I'm really proud of how PhotonDust is coming along - the new in-house particle system for @resonite.com I'm developing. I've added collisions to it, which can be heavy. The system is multithreaded & asynchronous - it won't tank your FPS when the simulation gets too heavy! #gamedev #Resonite

I maaaay have gone overboard making the menu more modular/customizable in the backend than I really needed to. But hey at least I got a new Menu system for me to use in other projects. But hey at least bluesky is getting posts of at least something I've worked on.

Use hashtags! Feeds are often using these to promote content to people who want to see it. They can tag posts of yours so people can look though just x content of yours. People can mute specific tags they don't want to see without muting you entirely. #BlueskyTips
