There's never been a better time to start nerding out on concepts of monetary hierarchies and world money. Nothing more scary yet strangely exciting than to see the Jenga tower slowly getting more wobbly - so who will put in the stabilising block?

The world has surrendered to climate breakdown. Partly because capital refuses to let go of profit opportunities in the fossil fuel sector. I believe that we will be talking about "stranded assets" a lot more in the future, but the stranding will be by disaster, not design.
