I'm working on moving my dev environment fully to a VM or container. Any tips / tools I should look into? I basically never want to run npm install or compile binaries on my local machine ever again.

The job market is pretty bad right now but I think we'll see a bounce back within the next few years. With seniors retiring and no trained juniors / mids available to be promoted, there will be a massive skill gap that needs to be filled.

Experts are still needed to validate AI output. As a beginner if you depend on and trust AI output too much you'll never learn the skills required to validate it.
