In times of heightened stress—self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. I invite you to pause for just 3 minutes. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, notice—how do I feel right now? No judgment, just awareness. This check-in shifts your energy, and grounds you in the present.

Pursuing our value at the exclusion of presence is missing the point of living.

Energetic shifts occurring right now can amplify collective anxiety as we navigate transitions on both personal and global levels. These shifts invite us to cultivate grounding, presence, and self-awareness. By anchoring into practices like mindfulness, breath work we can navigate more easily.

Kindness is one of the simplest, yet most powerful acts we can bring into the workplace. It costs nothing, builds trust, and fosters an environment where people feel valued and supported.

Much of our life is spent in the pursuit of some tangible thing. Let this new year be your year of purposeful presence. Whatever that represents for you. I’m choosing to be a light of love, compassion and kindness.
