I have no idea if anyone will see this but other artists, when you're drawing, how do you work on a pose? Do you wing it and just draw from your mind? Use an online reference image? Or use a photo of yourself or a model doing a pose you want?

My favorite part of drawing is thinking of a pose I like and then trying to draw it but realizing I don't actually know how to visualize the finer details of it and then I spend hours trying to find a reference image that can give me a vague idea of what I want to do
