My Grandmother is gone. And I am utterly heartbroken.

My Grandmother's health is declining to a point that we are going to have to find 24/7 care. Mom is still fighting her cancer like a champ, but having to help care for her mother now is...a bit much. Aaaand one of my close cousins was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am...hanging in there. Barely.
