I mean, I am blaming them. Those of us who do 'the work' spent the past 4 years begging the administration to flex their power to make actual change for our communities. We got campaigning on our suffering and a whole lot of nothing else. I'm not surprised at their ineffectiveness now.

It is *once again* time to remind my colleagues that we are not agents of The State. We are servants of our communities. It is incumbent on every healthcare provider to educate themselves on how they participate in the perpetuation of State violence in medicine.
