Pennsylvania is becoming a hotbed for ICE detentions. Multiple counties are making millions by detaining undocumented immigrants in county jails. One county leader told Spotlight PA “The payments have become a crucial source of income that would take careful study and planning to replace.”

“There is qualified immunity for all law enforcement in a lot of different capacities, but seizing a person out of their home who is an American citizen, they're not immune from that," said Sheriff Bob Fletcher.
