This summit is getting me fired up!

Sitting with an extraordinary group of surf conservationists today and it occurred to me that the most effective groups that I have worked with over the years share a common trait. Humility.

They are certainly acting as if power will never swing back. We have to make sure it does.

I think our federal income tax should be channeled through the state you live in, so if your state contributes more federal dollars than it receives, that can be used as federal bargaining power.
