I reviewed Pokémon M10: The Rise of Darkrai, so here's my review of M11: Giratina and the Sky Warrior. In this movie, the feud between Dialga and Palkia that started in M10 sees Dialga show up in a new town and Giratina attacks it. This shows that legendary Pokémon are territorial babies.

The idea of hiding extended weather forecasts behind a paywall is insane to me. Especially when the weather sometimes isn't accurate for the next day, let alone 90 days away. I don't trust a forecast past 3 days. A week is an estimate. Past that, it's a shot in the dark.

Now that 2025 is basically over, I can confirm that no, it was not in fact a happy new year.

I like to go through game OSTs after I beat them and pick out my favorites. But as games get bigger, it's harder to do. But also, some games just don't drive me to do so. Yesterday, I finally went through the Sun and Moon (+USUM) OST and only pulled out about a half dozen songs I truly liked.

When they announced Pokémon Concierge season 2, it felt wrong that I hadn't seen it, so I watched the whole thing. It's an absolutely delightful little show. Filled to the brim with charm and shows Pokémon naturally acting like the unique creatures they are. Watch it. bsky.app/profile/bulb...

This is Chewy. It's always nice when I visit family and see him. Unfortunately, I don't know how many more times that will be. This old man is 18 and can't do his favorite activity anymore which is jumping into your lap for pets. He's a true lap cat and I'll give him plenty of attention while I can.

Buc-ee's might be a victim of its own success. There was a line to get into the parking lot, a line to get to the gas pumps, a line to get into the bathroom, a line at the register, the place looks like it's an amusement park with how many people in lines there are.

Had Hardee's for the first time in its home state of North Carolina. Burger is huge. Flavor wise, it's fine. Not amazing, not bad. Fries were so salty I didn't eat them. The least salty ones were good. Milkshake was lame and way too thick. I would go back to Hardee's but it wouldn't be a top choice.
