BB mag has a history of featuring AI stuff. This is the 4th time I am seeing it, called it out before, only thing they had to say was basically „no this is traditional work“. Yes, maybe, but based on AI references and implementing the SAME errors it generated! This time, it isnt even trad art.

If the current situation taught anything, then it must be clear that you should get a website and a newsletter. You don’t even have to write actual newsletters, just offer something free for people, be it discounts, a free eBook of your art, mobile wallpapers, anything! Future you will be thankful!

Did I ever mention this art book by Ruan Jia? Black Dragon Crown was backed on Kickstarter and designed by @spiridude.bsky.social along with other people. I’ve admired Ruan’s work for a long time which made me want to back the project. So worth it!
