Been playing this album a fair bit this week. It's a banger.

Sign of my age, but as a kid, France weren't a great side. DQ for World Cups 1990 and 94, and a pretty poor show at Euro 92 (likewise, England). So when I see them being The Best In The World, it still sort of catches me out. Jean-Pierre Papin, a legend of his time, wouldn't get near this squad.
