Stayed in a dorm room at Fed Uni last night. Lights out by 9:30pm, and no frat parties. Best sleep I’ve had in ages. Runners make the best housemates. Slept so well I ran a sub-2. 159:59 🎉

Geelong Half Marathon done. This one is a favourite. Quiet, gentle, no noisy cheering, nice birdies warbling. Thought about Mum at 19km, near where she spent her final days. Ran a lot of this path while visiting her. Felt a bit of a rocket up my arse there too. 🚀🖕🏼
