Well folks, The History of Sound has absolutely fucking broken me this evening.

As much as I hate all this rain and drizzle it does make the clouds look all pretty 🌦️

Have been struggling with a migraine all day so obviously the best treatment since getting home from work has been watching terrible rom-coms in bed whilst curled up with my heated blanket.

What an absolute trip 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is. It's bleak. It's dark. It's brutal. The soundtrack is awesome and the performances are superb!

My anxiety has been through the roof these last 4-5 weeks and whilst struggling, I at least thought I'd been managing but today one little thing has pushed me over the edge so now everything feels amplified by about a million percent and my brain has had enough 🫠😭

Went on a little solo cinema trip after work (FNAF2 is a lot of fun!), picked up a takeaway on the way home and now curled up in bed eating it whilst watching one of my favourite Christmas movies (Did Hard). Happy Friday everyone! 🥰
