Looking at how much I recorded hiking/running/walking in 2024: 81 hikes (covering 663km and 17044m elevation gain) 28 runs (128km and 1808m elevation gain) 35 walks (368km and 2444m elevation gain) Not a massive year, but at least I hiked/walked 1000km+.

I messed up yesterday. We hiked up a teeny mountain, but didn't leave enough time to hike back before it got dark/the gates closed... So we had to run 5km back. My husband was so mad. Belcarra Mountain is a gorgeous trail and easy to reach from Vancouver. Just give yourself enough time!
