Once again I am asking for help. Nothing has substiantially changed in the past month, except that I have some appointments this month that are going to mean I need more support to make it through. Even small donations add up, and help cover food if not utilities and the like. Even a boost is aid.

There are more than a few times I look at things happening around me and I genuinely question if I'm a horrific person actually. I try my best to be mindful of my actions, and recognize i have things to work on still, but it has been the anxiety plaguing me my entire life.
