Yep, One Battle After Another wins the top prize, netting 6 of its 13 nominations (half of which will sit in Paul Thomas Anderson's trophy cabinet). PTA gives another lovely speech.

And now for the big one. Will One Battle After Another win Best Picture as expected, or will Sinners pull off a last minute upset?

Great speech from Jessie, who of course won, dedicating it to the beautiful chaos of a mother's heart in honour of Mother's Day here in the UK

Best Actress will go to Jess Buckley - this is pretty well locked in. I'd argue Rose Byrne deserves it too

Michael B Jordan wins it! Very happy for him (and Sinners, which is having a deservedly great night), although I had predicted Chalamet. Great speech too.

Actor next and this is a really tough one to call. Chalamet and Jordan are the frontrunners (but I'm rooting for Moura)...

PTA gets it! His second of the night

Director next - if this goes to anyone other than Paul Thomas Anderson it will be a huge upset...

Golden wins, to absolutely nobody's surprise. A little part of me was hoping for a Nick Cave upset. There isn't time for everyone in the enormous songwriting team to speak and they get played off, which feels a bit mean!

Lionel Richie is presenting Best Song. It's going to Golden but you never know, maybe this will be Diane Warren's year...

It goes to Sentimental Value - one of the most nominated films this year but it looks like this will be its only win. Well deserved but I am disappointed for Secret Agent. Great speech though that acknowledges the other nominees had a much more important political message.

But first: Best International Feature Film. Will this go to Sentimental Value or The Secret Agent? I think the former but I'm rooting for the latter...

Surprisingly short performance but definitely got the crowd going - that's about to win Best Original Song too.

Great speech from Autumn Durald Arkapaw. She asks all the women in the audience to stand up, and they do. And meanwhile Ryan Coogler gets bonus points for fetching her son to get a closer look. Now for Golden from KPop Demon Hunters...

Really awkward intro from Bill and Lewis Pullman for Editing, which goes to One Battle. Demi Moore is being eaten by an evil pineapple. Sinners gets Cinematography! First time it's ever been won by a woman

Editing and cinematography will probably both go to One Battle After Another, but I'm hoping cinematography goes to Sinners

F1 wins it! They did good vroom vrooms.

Sound is a more interesting one. I think it's going to F1. Ironic that Melissa McCarthy's mic isn't working...

I quite enjoyed the Bridesmaids cast's comedy bit. And of course the award goes to Ludwig Göranson for the incredible blues soundtrack in Sinners.

If Original Score doesn't go to Sinners I will be very upset.

All the Empty Rooms wins short, and they've brought the mother of one of the school shooting victims to speak. Mr Nobody Against Putin wins feature and their speech draws a parallel between Putin's Russia and Trump's America. Both powerful political speeches.

I've only seen one of the documentary nominees this year (feature or short) so tough to call - I went for Perfect Neighbour and the one I saw, All the Empty Rooms. Jimmy Kimmel is presenting and has already got a dig in at Trump (and Melania)

And yep - no surprises there. Sigourney Weaver clearly very happy to be handing the award to Avatar. Clap Grogu!

Production Design will very likely go to Frankenstein and VFX to Avatar
