i’ve never felt worse. i haven’t seen or heard from my therapist in over 10 days, with no warning. it’s just not like her. i’ve been her patient for almost a decade, i’m so worried i have no idea what to do. i’m sorry i know this post is heavy but i just need to vent, i’m really scared
