made it so you can drag/draw train tracks in Trainplanner, its soo much faster and more intuitive

trainplanner is #2 in top rated automation games on itch.. thats v sweet and flattering! a big fraction of the plays are coming from people just looking up "train" on itch.... ppl yearn for trains..

ive never made an actual good normal tilemap collision system, it's always a partial hacky one depending on the game, so ive built a nice one i can reuse across projects, with a system so you can't phase through walls at giga high speed lmao
