My granddaughter will be turning 3 in a few weeks. Asked what she wants her party theme to be, she said Christmas. So my son and daughter-in-law will be pulling the Christmas decorations back out again! 🎅🏻🎈🎂🎄

I have such good news!! My daughter and son-in-law are expecting their first baby. Her due date is the same due date I had for her!! So excited!! I’ll be a Nana x 4!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

My mom was a beautiful pianist. My son now has her piano, pictured here with her smiling face watching over him as he plays to soothe his infant daughter. Mom collected quarters & he found this one wedged between 2 keys he’d not noticed before. A sign from mom? She passed in May. God we miss her. 💔🎶

If we want to honor Jimmy Carter’s memory, let’s take a minute to think about how he lived his life and self assess. He was such a good man who truly wanted to and did help so many. He lived simply, he loved greatly. We can do that. RIP President Carter. A life so well lived.

Each year I lose one gift I bought. Last year it was Star Wars catnip mice (which I found in the wrapping bin this year)This year it’s a turtle bracelet for my friend who I’ll see this morning. Not in the wrapping bin. Been on a rampage and nowhere to be found. Next year no gifts. Voila! 🐭🐭🐢

Missing mom who passed this year and on the couch sick with chronic illness, with things left to do for Christmas. But you know what? I have a warm home, 2 amazing kids and 3 beautiful grandkids. Counting my blessings! Happy Holidays and sending peace to all. 🎄♥️

Saw an adorable pup while in line at the grocery store today prompting 3 of us to end up swapping cat stories and then animals in general. I know nothing about these people except they love fur babies. That’s all I need to know. They’re good people. 🐾♥️

Today was 6 months since I lost my mom and I still can’t quite wrap my brain around it. Hug your moms if you’re lucky enough to still have her. I was fortunate. Mom was a young 92 but it’s never enough time. Age doesn’t matter. She was my mom. 😢♥️
