In the interfaces of #SaaS apps, small performance or UX annoyances often cumulate over time. Individually they’re not a big deal. The problem arises when they start to cumulate. The challenge? Users will never report this in their feedback. They just get a “weird feeling”.

Site availability is often monitored, but do you monitor #CoreWebVitals every day? Looking at #PageSpeedInsights once in a while isn't enough. You'll miss the pain points. You don't see the history. Monitoring is a must-have foundation for working on #WebPerformance.
