I've read a few heist RPGs recently because of my brain misfiring about Shadowrun, and one of my favorites has been Clerk & Dagger. There's a gamey-ness to it that I find really compelling. Find the ill-gotten coins, steal them IRL from the center of the table, have layout plans for heist locales.

Creative work in the United States is no longer sustainable. Unlike other countries, there’s really no public funding. So, most folks that can afford to be artists nowadays already have wealth. I think my next medium/big projects have to have short stories in them. I want to hone my writing skills and also these games are ultimately about story telling - actual stories can be another avenue to help a reader 'get' the game.
