I got to learn first hand about New Jersey jug handle intersections! Did I need to drive over 2 miles to get to a Panera 1/2 mile from my hotel? Yes indeed. Did the state save acres upon acres of ROW by not having dedicated turn lanes? Also yes. Are drivers safer without unprotected left turns? Yes?

Good thing I made Tory Horton my ride-or-die choice in rookie and startup drafts. On all but one of my dynasty teams - mad it’s not ALL of them, tbh. In all candor, part of my rationale was based on him being a CSU Ram. 🐏 But also recognized his draft stock was depressed by senior year injury.

We made it to The Garden. Granted not for the Knicks or Rangers. Seeing Jimmy Fallon and Nate Bargatze. Should be a great night and closure to 3 days in NYC

The offseason story of rookie pick 1.03… This is in a 12 tm 1QB short roster league. I adopted an orphan at the beginning of the league year. I liked my QBs (Caleb & Stroud) and it’s 1.05 rookie pick. In 8 months, the 1.03 pick got traded 4 times, for the last time today. 🧵

Crazy trade sequence today. 12 tm 1QB short roster: With Broncos trading Devaughn Vele to Saints, I thought it was a good opportunity. Quick trade for Cam Ward! Then a second for Tyler Shough + 26 late 2nd. Could’ve held Vele or Ward, but thrilled with a 2nd and change.

Quick post on my Home (well, office)-League draft. Simple summary of the league: 14-team (newly expanded) 1QB, 1WR, 1RB, 1TE, 3 flex(W/R/T), Def, K, 5 bench, IR Pretty standard PPR scoring Bonuses for 40+ yd plays and Kick return yards. I picked in the 14 spot. My choice (out of the last 5).

WOW After drafting (and mocking) on Yahoo! for 18 years, they finally set the autodraft algorithm to draft Defense and Kicker in the last 2 rounds of mock drafts!!!!!
