#MultipleSclerosis is so annoying. Must have had lots of muscle spasms around my jaw last night, so all day,the jaw hinges (technical term!) have been aching like my mouth has been open for hours at the dentists! Aches like mad! #chronicillness

At the First Direct Arena to see The Human League ,with T'Pau & Sophie Ellis Bextor The seats/wheelchair spaces are fantastic. Unrestricted views. It's great being able to see all the bands I loved in the 80's...Rachel isn't fussed 🤣 but is liking Sophie EB.

Ok, I don't ask for help too often here but today I'm on my soapbox about having an "Edit" option on Bluesky. Yes, it's totally self serving, but I'm sure others feel the same So, Bluesky, is it possible to begin 2025 with an edit option? Please repost to help get this feature 😀

Had good results at the end on the 3 assessments compared to 1st visit. My hand strength when squeezing the "machine" improved from 20kg to 30kg. I could do 24 sit to stand in 30 seconds compared to 12 & my timed walk over 10m was better. Really pleased with this. #multiplesclerosis

Last circuit training session now with the Neuro Physio team. It's been great getting back into doing exercises & I really do feel better for going and stronger. Next week I have an appointment with an exercise referral expert at my local council gym to start a programme there. #multiplesclerosis

I asked the West Yorkshire Intergrated Care Board if they will discuss Sativex next week. This is their response. To say I'm angry would be an understatement! People living with #multiplesclerosis in West Yorks have to still live in pain from spasms 24/7. I will raise this with my Neuro.

Ambulant seats are shite. The 1st photo was my view. I managed to stand for about 3 or 4 songs. The ambulant seats were on the same row as the wheelchair ones....but they had a barrier in front and the seats below were lower! Sam sounded great,just ruined the evening not seeing hardly any of it.

This is currently our view in the ambulant seats, and I'm having to sit on the upturned seat to even see this limited view! I'm not impressed! @TheCoopLive #Disabled

I'm looking forward to seeing Sam Fender tonight at The CoopLive We've got ambulant seating and it's great that as we have a blue badge,the onside car park is free.
