Tomorrow at @crisesnotes.bsky.social: @juanhanes.bsky.social, @josh1935.bsky.social and myself have a piece digging into the OMB's role in the Presidential Budget, the budget preparation process and the most important government job you've never heard of at the center of it all.

Our plan is to cover every single memo of Fiscal Year 2025, interspersed with explainer pieces on the operation of the OMB, and then move onto Fiscal Year 2026 and, eventually, we'll be fully caught up for "real time" analysis of OMB's new memos.
