Incredible. Prev project of mine was offered 70/30 (in their favor, until recoup, then 60/40) and 60/40 (in their favor, forever). Both also owned all IP and sequel rights. I was told “that’s standard” by many people. Absolutely crazy for those pubs who did nothing more than throw money at you.

I just... don't understand the gabebox. What's the *actual* market here? People who want a PC in their living room? A strict gaming-only desktop that you can't upgrade? Why buy this over a pre-built PC or an Xbox or PS4 (which has exclusive games)?

I got to go to "The Shape Of MOTHER" exhibition in Tokyo today. A gorgeous display of the original 180 clay models from MOTHER 1 and 2. No pictures were allowed inside, but you must go see it if you're in Tokyo between now and Sept. A truly special exhibition. I'm so happy I got to see it!

I think the GTA delay is good for almost everybody making games. Nobody has to compete with them for mindshare in 2025. Folks act like money flowing into "the industry" affects others, but it doesn't. This delay only affects GTA fans, who can wait, and take-two investors, who I don't care about.
